Porridge noix de coco nutella square

I was so exciting on that day when I woke up, knowing that my delicious overnight oat was waiting for me in the fridge.

The night before, I mixed in my little jar, 50 grs of gluten-free oats, with a cup of homemade coconut milk and a teaspoon of chia seeds.

In the morning, I just blent a banana with a soup spoon of 100% cocoa powder and few hazelnuts (5/6) to end up with a wonderful and yummy nutella that I put on the top of my preparation.

Try this on Monday mornings , you will never feel again the « Monday blues » 😉
