Bootcamp 2.0 Lorna Jane Go Girlzz

Here we go AGAIN!!

Due to huge demand, Go Girlzz and Lorna Jane Hong Kong will hold the 2.0 burning bootcamp on Saturday 7th of February 2015.

The workout will be based on a HIIT (Hight intensity Interval Training) exercises which will bring up your metabolism and allow you to burn a max of calories in a limited period of time.

Then, we will end this session by some cool-down exercices and yoga movements.

Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat or towel, and a bottle of water.
